At MFA, Sunday School is one of our most important ministries. It is in Sunday School that persons of all ages learn about God, the Bible, and God's will for each person's life. Sunday School is important because of its basic purpose - Christian education. In a Sunday School class, students are given the opportunity to ask questions, discuss, and share personal insights and experiences as they study the scriptures. Our Sunday School is age specific. Which is why we divide students according to their age, interest and education so that they can get the maximum benefits from each lesson. Being a part of a Sunday School class enables believers to understand what they believe, why they believe, and to learn to stand on a firm spiritual foundation.
Sunday School Classes Available | Sundays @9:30am
MFA Small Groups exist to help believers develop depth of relationship with other believers through fellowship with one another. Spiritual growth takes place in Small Groups as believers study the Bible and grow in connections with one another regardless of different backgrounds, gifts, experiences, and levels of spiritual maturity.
Dr. Bilezikian said it best, "It is in small groups that people can get close enough to know each other, to care and share, to challenge and support, to confide and confess, to forgive and be forgiven, to laugh and weep together, to be accountable to each other, to watch over each other and to grow together. Personal growth does not happen in isolation. It is the result of interactive relationships. Small Groups are God's gift to foster changes in character and spiritual growth."
